The process, trainings are really good. The foreign counterparts are really knowledgeable and supportive. there is lot of innovatiove work happening in foreign locations of Brose. Work life balance is excellent.

Initially the learning path is really good but then work gets monotonous and boring. work pressure is not very much. The politics is really bad. there is no value to the knowledge but it is to how much your boss is happy with you. Management team of Brose India does not want to do anything for the employees. they just come to chill to the office. there is no value to the actual work but it is to how well can you show that you have work....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
