They thinks that he has bought the laborers by paying money. Due to a small mistake, their salary is stopped. If the office worker is late for 1 minute then a fine of Rs 100 is charged, if it is 30 minutes then Rs 500. even Working 13-14 hours without giving overtime amount The laborers are called at 8 am and entry is made in the attendance register at 9 am, if they are late even for a minute, they are given half day's wages. No self respect, Mentally harrasment. No first'aid No canteen No job security ....Read More
