Top management holds all the power, especially the ones from onsite. The Bangalore office has mostly telegu people. Most VPs and AVPs are telegu who came from the Hyderabad office and they are filling their teams with mostly telegu people. HRs are worthless and do not listen to employees. They want to get rid of most employees and filling up the space with interns with very less salary. Hence, they are distributing the remaining budget by giving each others hefty hikes and promotion. One of worst companies in Bangalore. Not at all employee friendly. Some managers threaten their employees to resign saying they won't give them good feedback so that no other company will hire them.
