Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

The infrastructure and the location of the factory site is away from cities where people find it difficult to buy basic necessities. Internal Politics is demoralising which is making difficult to survive sincere and hardworking employees.

Family time is fully spoiled from the first day, no personal time , Sunday working and meetings regularly. Rude behaviour from RSM and State head. ASM's are very supportive but at the end they have their rude bosses aswell.

Regional teams have some really nice people. Located away from the usual office areas and hence easy to reach. Britannia holds a lot as brand value and has helped me in my career. Good policies.
