Job security, Timely promotions however this doesn't increase your job responsibility much .. Culture and HR policies good.

Work-life balance is difficult.. Specially for operation people.. sometimes for audit and all we have to walk the extra miles and sometimes may required to extend the working weeks without leave.. but that extra mile worth as your work will be recognised.

Family time is fully spoiled from the first day, no personal time , Sunday working and meetings regularly. Rude behaviour from RSM and State head. ASM's are very supportive but at the end they have their rude bosses aswell.

Regional teams have some really nice people. Located away from the usual office areas and hence easy to reach. Britannia holds a lot as brand value and has helped me in my career. Good policies.

Infra is good. Transportation facilities was good. Down the line workers are hardworking which is easy for me to tackle the shift.

Humiliating people very badly specially in QA department. Pull down employees motivation. Partially issue in QA department. Unnecessary talks even i want to say gossips during Meeting. Most of the Unfair decisions was taken.
