It was easy "for me" to commute as it was near to my home.

Dislikes

*Hygiene The company lacks tidiness. Keyboards, chairs, desk, monitors are covered in dust. Restroom is worst at it's peak as it's covered in black dirty particles on floor, phenyl, gukha packet, etc & you don't even like to use the toilet as the toilet seats seems to be of some express train's seat. *Commitment HR informed about the leave policy which says you aren't supposed to take leave on Friday & Monday which will result in LOP for Saturday & Sunday. What they didn't inform is that that failure of meeting 100% production will result in half day LOP which I later came to know about after 1 month eventually, recieving reduced salary due to improper communication from the hierarchy. *Money greed As I didn't the have the vibe with the company & it's adminstration, I decided to get relieved from the company (obviously, would've absconded but, as my TC was with them had to follow the system). During the relieving period, I'd to take leave for 4 days as I was sick. I was expecting those 4 days to be extended as that's how it works everywhere else but, they relieved me before so that, they don't have to pay for those 4 days. I've seen cases where employees are forced to pay a month's salary to retrieve their documents though, if it was an emergency situation. *Infra They don't provide proper parking facility for your vehicles. Have to park it on road with no security to look after & no shelter. Mine suffered few wiring issues as I had to park it on the same good road during rain. Even experienced my vehicle getting almost stolen, thanks to the Manager who accidently took off with mine thinking it was her's. Too worst company and poor people management. Look like mini market and not a professional company. Lot of politics and not suitable for true performers. Pls don't join here as it's my humble request. They will send anyone at anytime to home since no job security.

I am working here for the past 5 years.I am really happy to say that this is the best good place for beginners and learners. I am learn lot of here and i am in good position as well and Salary on time. Management provide good appraisal and good hike for every year. Management people approaching friendly to the every employees.
