The way they treat the employees and there isnt any kind of benefit or incentives or even health insurance. Even for PF you have to work there like an ox for a year and you need to prove yourself to get pf. No saturday off if you are a day shift employee.

I was working with Bristol for the past three years, Best platform to show off your talents, The company policies are properly designed and your job is secure and safe. The management is very helpful and nice, Appraisal policies are awesome, Recently promoted as group coordinator, Managers are not hesitated to teach us any time, Supportive team members, Will get additional pay if we extend our shift or worked in weekends / holidays, I strongly recommend Bristol is one of the best in healthcare industry to show off your talents. Ground water was in yellow colour but based upon the request from all the employees management has rectified the issues by buying metro water everyday!

I have worked here for the past three years, The managers and the teammates are really nice and helpful, I was awarded twice for my work and initiatives and promoted as group coordinator. Overall the experience was great.
