Don't join this company if want your weekends. No work life balance at all.. work from 11 am to 11 pm . No appreciation in 2 years of tenure in this org. Essentially no employee benefits at all. You will learn, but under a lot of pressure. Every project I was in, had unrealistic deadlines which could be only achieved by working on weekends.

Dislikes

The training I had on new tech stack also was so so hectic, and this kind of training is given so that you will be able to manage projects at brillio which always except you to work with unrealistic deadlines.

Brillio provide trainings like Udemy and other certification courses.Reimbursement policies are also good.CSR initiatives by Brillio is one of the best.Hikes were good even during the pandemic.

Too much politics.Freshers are always targeted.Too much blame game.They make you work on weekends and managers are pretty rude with no respect towards the employees working under them.Management is highly unethical.Not much technical growth if you are working in a support project.

We joined brillio as fresher's & I myself feel that I have grown a lot here within some months.It is a great place to work.My manager , leaders are having a great understanding with there corresponding team.We have flexible working hours & people are of great understanding here.
