In fact this company is not functioning at present ( perhaps some franchise took and is just on paper or having a website ) Hence. there is little meaning in expressing CURRENT OPINION

Very low EMOLUMENTS and NOT TAKING good ideas for implementation

Work Details

Being DOCTORATE in PHYSICS I preferred it for TWO REASONS 1 ) Some Postgraduate courses like GATE CSIR and IAS were available to do apart from JEE NEET 2 ) It is in CHENNAI that I had its LUZ office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
