The dealership is to good, I love the fact that I am a part of a team that make a good knowledge, high quality training for personal and professional skills, another plus is that my collegues come from various culture background and we work happley manner....

The work pressure is very high, sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend customer call in work period and sometime late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggest most of the times, I do receive appreciation feedback and email from myclients but the mostly go unnoticed during my years appraisals. Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire work production and distributing life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations, pinching for my organization. It was great learning experience with them.....
