I am glad that my first work experience was here. 2.6 yrs of working is a long journey. Several things that are worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since it is a growing business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feeling. My fellow team members have been wonderful, helping me get setup in my area and also out of my zone. Brij & Co. does fun and interesting things such as celebrating employees' birthday's, Christmas celebrations, team lunch & small-small winnings etc. They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees; no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is friendly (basically your second home where you spend your maximum hours of your day). It is a very challenging company where you yourself learn multiple things without any hindrance. Yes, office politics exists, but generally, it's a meritocracy. It's hard to write cons coz I genuinely enjoy the company. In other words, i felt like home there. " I met some of the most talented and multi-taskers even during my time with Brij. It's also gave me the opportunity to explore every corner of my creativity and brings best out of me. And, it is really inspiring to be appreciated by your customers and co-workers". Yes, i have few suggestions as i don't believe in dislikes. If we gave suggestions and feedback, it will help the organization to improve. Below are my major suggestions - 1. Listen to the employee feedback and suggestions on every 6 months, so it help both sides to solve the problems.

Its been 7+ years associated with this company. The support from the management - Praveen Sir, Archit and Apoorv, have been instrumental in my development and I am very thankful to them during my working tenure here. The company provides numerous growth and learning opportunities. The sense of belonging I feel at Brij & Co. make it more than just a workplace, it feels like a second home.

This company has been running for the last 40 years and they talk about the company' s work culture which is remarkable as per the founders only where they are showing a fake/imaginary world and said we work on win-win-win culture which is also true that is for company founders only. They are only focusing on their growth, they never care about their employees. The environment is really toxic to work there along with the strict timings. You can't move your body parts from 10 - 8. can't talk, laugh or discuss with the colleagues. Yes, you heard right. 10-7 strict timings along with 1-2 hours extra effort they expect from each employees.
