I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very Bad Culture, Company owner Interference in every decision .No value for Your lifelong hard work, Salary without any reason, Very bad management for business point of view, less chance of growth of company as well as resource.
