Very Bad Culture, Company owner Interference in every decision .No value for Your lifelong hard work, Salary without any reason, Very bad management for business point of view, less chance of growth of company as well as resource. Company has no business plan for next few years ,just waiting for new miracles in telecom infrastructure business .also they just want new resource at management position who has no issue with pay cut .also they negotiate for your Full and final settlement . they will ask if you want relieving and experience certificate ,take half amount and settle .Also create huddles in your next job....Read More
