Likes

Good work environment and difference culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are something different but good. Appraisals are fIr and they give good salary hike and team lunch .

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting . I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
