I am proud to be a part of an organization which is growing significantly by each passing year. Recently, #Brightness introduced new employee friendly policy for flexible timing (flextime) and compressed work week. There may be very few companies in India who have such type of policy.

Good Infrastructure to work from office. Good work policy. Basically, It's a Netherland based company so 4-5 days work policy is also here as per Europe standards. Flexible timing and open for a work-from-home policy as well. Also, Picnics, Birthday, and Festival celebrations. There is a fun Friday activity almost every Week. Overall, good teams and a company to work with.
