This is my first job after my graduation and I feel so lucky to have a profession like this. We can choose our work timings, it's completely flexible and the important thing is there is no fixed salary. Which means you get paid for what you work. If you work more, you get paid more and vice versa. To be exact, it is not like just you've got a job and so you get paid monthly whether you do any work or not. As this is a growing start up company, it has some issues like having technical issues at times and sometimes it'll feel like it could've been much more organized. But I know it'll take some time to get with a flow and they're working their best to make everything right and hope they achieve it soon. I also read some reviews on penalties, yes they have so much of penalties and nothing will affect you if you are right fit for the profession and if you are doing your work properly. I'm working in BC for past few months and haven't received a single penalty to date. So, even though there are lot of penalties, it doesn't matter much when you are right fit....Read More

Every startup has couple of flaws in it because it is still growing. Even in BrightChamps there are a couple of things which are no upto the mark, but I definitely believe that those things will be working well soon

They have the worst culture, i was there in mid senior level. And i got two promotion but with no salary hike. Worked there for two years and was on of the top prefomer. But there was no salary increment. At the time of appraisal the managment comes with one excuse that we dont have money. However AD and VP used to get salary hike.

The teachers and TLS are very knowledgeable and responsive.

I don't like the penalties and the night shifts which I have not chosen for. The stress about the enrollment of students is too high that we cannot handle it because of the credit system.
