It is a start-up company so, Learning is good. you will work in a fast development system.

Dislikes

Haven't got an appraisal for the last 1 year. Office culture is below average. Because of the fast development, there may be more load and they also call the office on holiday and will not give any compensation for that. After leaving the company, there is no way to convert ESOPs to cash. so ESOPs are useless.
