Not to much work to do but there is always a pressure of sale to achieve the target

Dislikes

Regarding salary account there is no option except ICICI bank and Kotak Bank they only provide the salary in these accounts and there is no incentive on 99% you have to achieve 100% target or more to have monthly incentive and also no holiday on any occasion they only provide weekly off and sum leave that have different scenario

Being a store manager is the worst curse in this company. This particular organization hires a store manager with higher package only to screw them up, no store manager has any sort of upper hand to deal with the nonsense of staff. Executive are well supported over manager reason the are have lesser salaries. HR policies are strong only on papers. Eg whistleblower. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
