Not to much work to do but there is always a pressure of sale to achieve the target

Regarding salary account there is no option except ICICI bank and Kotak Bank they only provide the salary in these accounts and there is no incentive on 99% you have to achieve 100% target or more to have monthly incentive and also no holiday on any occasion they only provide weekly off and sum leave that have different scenario

I am working in industry last 13 years but I do not see this type politics in any company . My Seniour had transfer out of delhi with out any cause and When I resign one month ago no one call me why do you resign in this company .
