Not to much work to do but there is always a pressure of sale to achieve the target

Regarding salary account there is no option except ICICI bank and Kotak Bank they only provide the salary in these accounts and there is no incentive on 99% you have to achieve 100% target or more to have monthly incentive and also no holiday on any occasion they only provide weekly off and sum leave that have different scenario

My Seniour had transfer out of delhi with out any cause and When I resign one month ago no one call me why do you resign in this company . I did work very hard and fruitfully when I keep the east Patel Nagar store . Store sale was only 11 lakh but When I left store was did all time highest sale around 21 lakh .
