Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Not to much work to do but there is always a pressure of sale to achieve the target

Dislikes

Regarding salary account there is no option except ICICI bank and Kotak Bank they only provide the salary in these accounts and there is no incentive on 99% you have to achieve 100% target or more to have monthly incentive and also no holiday on any occasion they only provide weekly off and sum leave that have different scenario
