Managers became political leaders rather than Management representative. Too many old people left the company only due to No Salary hike, Worst Appraisal Process and Such a bad politics...

Its a great place to work for those permanent employees. All types of facilities are available to them only. But the real work done is by those third party employees under shubha system and others & dont get any benifits though. No increaments, no promotions nothing else. Just a take home salary of 15K. Having a whole lot of work pressure.
