Company gives respect to all employee, as well as thee provide the basic facilities. They emphasis the scope of work to all juniors by this way we get motivated to work. All employees are very friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is bad, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to back my suggestions some times. Moreover they are not giving any opportunities to be permanent in the company.

Work Details

My work at Bridge & Roof was very much challenging as I have to look after nine sites as well as Contractor & Client Bill and the working sites were situated in interior areas of South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

If you want to work in hell(Narak) ....then welcome in Bridge and Roof Family.But, unfortunately I am also the part of this horrific family of B&R.

There is lots of points that I want to tell you as please go one by one by given below points (I am telling you about the site posting scenario) 1. No personal life(14hrs+ duty hrs at site job) 2. No manner no discipline senior and junior you can expect here. 3. mostly you have to do Sunday duty...(So, there is no holiday) 4. As your seniors are not much qualified (mostly they are Diploma Holder).So, they will treat you very roughly and in manner. 5. Work pressure is huge. 6. So, As u know B&R is contractor firm.So, u can't deserve any respect from your client and consulting agency side. They will treat you like a petty pack contractor. 7. You have to work here by putting your dignity at home. 8. In this organization you will always work under pressure and fear. 9. You have to always hear that from your seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. No work life balance...if there is no work at site..still you have to sit at site till 10 pm...only mental harrasment for employees at junior level ..No help from accounts fro site purpose expenses..they ask you to first pay from your pocket for any work.. and no help from accounts...if you are at site incharge then all the seniors put pressure on you..no one will help you.

No work life balance...too much politics.. comfortable for those employees those are expert at oiling seniors.
