All are youngsters, you will feel like you are a student in a college.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

You won't get good technical knowledge or advice from the Hierarchy. You need to find out & solve the issues. Project managers get too much of blame. There is no proper support from the management. Too much of mental pressure in this job. I got hypertension at my very young age & started taking medicine due to this. There is no personal life.
