Management & company policy is very genuine.company also give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given in starting stage(new joinees).Only experience persons give direct promotion.

Work Details

The job is quite help my career. It's help my life also. Ya obviously l struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.But I proved my skills & styles for the growth of company. Still iam very happy for that.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
