Bray is US based MNC. I have seen many firing during my tenure. In India it's like typical Indian management company. It doesn't give you feel like MNC culture.

Dislikes

Here growth and increment is totally based on your boss and MD. If you have good relationship you can get hired with good package. Variable pay is a surprise factor. Policies are not that much good. No medical insurance for parents.

Work life balance was okay. For WC employees who has working day from Monday to Friday they have to work from 8:30 AM to 6:00 pm

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
