Nothing just waste of time. They will degrade you and your experience been in this company from 2 years and no they haven't completed single projects to the client. Also their leaderahip team thinks that they are the top leaders in delivering SAAS products. Don't join this organization.

There is no job security recently fired 1500+ employees. Whole company is a sham run by famous scamster Mighty R@ju ramalingam(The one who shouldn't be named) referred as Mentor in the company. Main purpose of this company is to converts is black money to white money. The whole funding or you can say black money is situated in different shell companies formed by him only in the name of his workers like driver, gardener, cook at the rime of famous S@tyam scam in tax free countries from where he invest his money into brane enterprises and converts it in white money by giving salaries and shoeing fake profit in his book. This comapny is ran by 100% failed satyam team. Satyam CEO acted as mentor here and because of his ruthless decisions and ideas ...1500+families affected . The biggest failure team is also so called partners ..They dont have any knowledge on their core areas and were given big responsibilty , they were given with brand new audis, benzs,etc.. but The CEO never concentrated on operational teams,Dev teams and product reality .and hence he is waving off . This company only cares managers and leads , never cares for real workers .
