Worst place to work salary is not on time no work life balance, as this is owner driven company so what ever the owner says that everybody has to follow. HR has no experience how to deal with employees worst environment. In fact to cut down the experience they have removed the coffee machine we have to bring our own coffee or tea. If owner wants he will let you stay till 1 am and also he will let you sit necessarily till he wants....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
