Founder Steaven Noroha attitude and short temper, false commitment, salary deduction on late coming, force to work overtime daily, no training on job profile, disrespect Infront of other employees, force to work on weekends and holidays, actively firing on false mistakes, force to resign, mentally tortured.

I hope if I had negative rating I will give that. Worst culture ever I have seen, abusive and extremely bad behaviour of Mr. Stevan owner of Brandstik. This place is mentally tortured for employees. He always give work once office hours over. Shout on employees without listening and without fault.
