MD doesnt thrash for no reason and takes an discussion two ways..

Dislikes

salary gets credited very late. apprisal takes months after due to happen. work life balance is poor, no cafeteria

data scientist profile is very insteresting position in the company. except that other departments are not that interesting. no cafeteria if we feel hungry. i get a lot of learning here. HR department is dysfunctional. decission making is highly centralsd

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
