Misunderstanding in teammates, seniors rude behavior sometimes, Another department working skill not good if we were together. Ex.. M/c Breakdown time no any operator or some manufacturing supervisors or senior not try to understand which type of msg and alarm come in m/c its just suggesting employees if any msg come just goto maint. Dept. And handover it. 🙏
