The interviewer who is also the owner of the place I believe, wouldn't even acknowledge a greeting and kept staring at my resume even as I entered. Spoke extremely arrogantly and seemed angry at something or someone. Told me that I had to do an assignment and submit and after that he will assess if I can join. The seniors also makes sure that juniors are motivated and give their best which is extremely positive and helpful. I got to learn alot about Digital Marketing and its key aspects from my team leader.
