The worst HR department of the world , not responsive and not caring people in Brainvire. Employee are not safe here as boys are also not. safe here. Manager has no any manner how to talk with any employee and how can handle the things and manages things are not know well. Culture is worst than ever i see in other companies.

They have their own portal for performance reviews so if you don't get the desired performance rating or you get like you need to improve this or you don't get the desired appraisal then start looking for better opportunities they will fire you any time.
