Working on weekends, seniors not working on weekends but always force you to do so. Toxic work culture Job time is 10 to 7 but if you leave at 7 seniors presure you to work more than office hours. Unskilled seniors try to justify their salary by pressurising juniors without any reason. If you are on probation period and you try to leave me in time after completing your probation they will fire you telling that you are insufficient. The only thing I dislike about Brainvire is the referrals scheme. Here the employees are paid less for referrals. However this is a negligible point and it has nothing to do with core employee profession and duties.

I am working as a Business Analyst with pre sales and most post sales activities. I mainly deal with clients right from requirement gathering till project deployment. I closely work with Project Managers and Department Head to plan & execute the project.
