If you are lucky, you might get a supportive team. - There is no micromanaging, at least I didn't face it from my manager. I was mostly a part of the in-house marketing team and got a lot of creative liberty.

Dislikes

- The company advertises WFH culture and flexible working works. That's totally FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It depends entirely on the whim of the management. I was on-boarded as a Hybrid employee, but they suddenly transferred me to another team and asked to WFO. This was done within a half-day notice. - Most people sitting in the management position only care about politics. There is absolutely NO regard for hard work, dedication, and creativity. Some of the managers of the client teams are a typical corporate bully. - A lot of the managers in the office are on their own power trips. They skillfully target one employee and make sure to prove them "incompetent" in whatever way possible<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. - Don't fall for the "Women Empowerment" &amp; "Work Culture" posts the company often advertises on its social media platforms</mark>. From my personal experience, it's the women employees in a seemingly powerful position that targets you. You will only get appreciation through brown-nosing the higher management (most of them are men and apparently no "woman" is competent enough for those posts in the company). - The HR representatives are full of people who only provide false promises and butter up the management. Expect no form of help or support from them as well. In fact, they leak your personal information to other managers to gain favors as well. - As a writer, you are pretty much a trash can in the team. Although some team members genuinely appreciate your effort, the same can't be said for others, especially the management. None of your contributions matter. Only marketers are recognized for their work. Overall, it's a pattern of bullying and politics that creates a very toxic work environment for many employees. Most Disgusting organization to work with. If anyone is starting their career in IT, they should avoid this company by all means. Worst management. They will never give a chance to normal employees to prove themselves, and will always believe the employee's trainer/team lead/manager's complaints, be it true or false. Apart from these, they have hired some(not all) worthless backend developers, who don't have minimum basic knowledge and forces them to train freshers. Amazing work culture apart from that the management is really supportive and cooperative! Also brainium has started with a Menstrual leave policy which is I believe one of the amazing initiative for all the women employees.
