I found nothing likable other than to get a salary and weekend off. Very unprofessional and bad company in Kolkata. Do not join this company, do not waste your valuable time. Number one worthless company in the IT industry.

It is a wasted time in my life to join and work in this very unprofessional company. They create huge work pressure. The environment is full of micromanagement and dirty politics done by senior VPs and team leaders with new joiners. They do not provide EPF properly to every employee. They forcefully made to resign employees without g iving any prior notice. The Brainium Academy one of the most fraudulent institutes run by this company is a money-making machine and looting candidates' money. Do not take admission. Neither candidate get any job placement nor even they can improve their skills by learning any course. Think twice carefully about joining or getting admission with Brainium Information Technology. Do not provide any project to them. They are very unprofessional in managing a client project. The mensuration leave provided for female employees is full of promotion<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I did not get any leave but they deduct my salary</mark>. Do not fall in their health insurance plan provided by collaboration with a third-party app. You can not expect to get leave but you can see Managers are taking leave often and giving you work pressure to manage the project. Most Disgusting organization to work with. If anyone is starting their career in IT, they should avoid this company by all means. Worst management. They will never give a chance to normal employees to prove themselves, and will always believe the employee's trainer/team lead/manager's complaints, be it true or false. Apart from these , they have hired some(not all) worthless backend developers, who don't have minimum basic knowledge and forces them to train freshers. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Many times employees are forced to work in Saturday & Sunday also without any extra pay</mark>. Work environment is very good and flexible. Work from home and hybrid work both are available. Top management and seniors are very helpful and supportive. New joiner can get good career growth opportunity here. Every employees is getting free health insurance. Also there is casual leave, medical leave, maternity leave available for e ach employees. The management is providing periods leave for every women employees in each month. Every employees getting EPF.
