If you are lucky, you might get a supportive team. - There is no micromanaging, at least I didn't face it from my manager. I was mostly a part of the in-house marketing team and got a lot of creative liberty.

Dislikes

- The company advertises WFH culture and flexible working works. That's totally FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It depends entirely on the whim of the management. I was on-boarded as a Hybrid employee, but they suddenly transferred me to another team and asked to WFO. This was done within a half-day notice. - Most people sitting in the management position only care about politics. There is absolutely NO regard for hard work, dedication, and creativity. Some of the managers of the client teams are a typical corporate bully. - A lot of the managers in the office are on their own power trips. They skillfully target one employee and make sure to prove them "incompetent" in whatever way possible. - Don't fall for the "Women Empowerment" & "Work Culture" posts the company often advertises on its social media platforms. From my personal experience, it's the women employees in a seemingly powerful position that targets you. You will only get appreciation through brown-nosing the higher management (most of them are men and apparently no "woman" is competent enough for those posts in the company). - The HR representatives are full of people who only provide false promises and butter up the management. Expect no form of help or support from them as well. In fact, they leak your personal information to other managers to gain favors as well. - As a writer, you are pretty much a trash can in the team. Although some team members genuinely appreciate your effort, the same can't be said for others, especially the management. None of your contributions matter. Only marketers are recognized for their work. Overall, it's a pattern of bullying and politics that creates a very toxic work environment for many employees. Nothing to like about the company, the worst working environment in my career so far. I feel sorry for myself for joining this pathetic company.

Poor management, coward project manager, always puts blame on team members to secure his own job position and gives tremendous mental pressure unnecessary so that employees can resign from his team and he can again recruit new Candidate keeping his own job secured. Can't construct basic english sentence, can't speak English fluently, clients get frustrated when they are in call with him. Still I don't know how this person is still acquiring a responsible position like project manager. This shows the company is least bothered about the interior mismanagement which can in future ruin their entire reputation. This is about the digital marketing department, the same thing goes with the sales team as well. The work culture they carry for what the new comers can not stay here for many days. The projects never ends here but they have huge projects. Employers are earning money but employees are suffering of insecurity. Overall everything looks good from outside but inside situation is rotten. The reputation automatically come down now and most of the good students avoid to give interview here. Those who has entered somehow leave within a short period.
