Quality Analyst

Minimum 6 Years of experience in Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage, defects, and overall quality.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.

Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
