The company has immense growth opportunities, professional and financial both. I Have been working for a year now. It's very rare to have an understanding boss. I had always received my salary without deduction, irrespective of lockdowns. No pressure and No politics.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
