BRAC is basically an international organization. The organization has the vision to work in the global scenario in the issues like business, hunger, public health as well as economic development among the poor communities. However, BRAC also focusing on the issues of climate-changing. So, as a member of the BRAC family, I am really grateful to get a chance to work with BRAC.

Working with BRAC I always have to achieve multiple tasks.So, feel a continuous pressure in the work place which is a bit make me frastration.

Being a manager my job responsibility mainly co-ordination with Govt. and multiple stakeholders as well as around 100 staff supervision.
