Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Terrible place to work, if you are getting into sales though the parent company is Berry global. They do not have a single trait of MNC. I do not recommend. The senior are egoistic they cannot see a better employees then them. Always demotivating, over pressuring without reason just to make you leave the job. They want to safe their place nothing else.

Dislikes

The management do not react they are very self centred to the field executive, no job satisfaction, no job security only. Sales pressure, language is terrible they will treat you like animals.

Not good, since beginning the pressure will begin the management doesn't want to take any pressure they want the field executive to satisfy the management ego.
