it's a good and hard working firm to provide service and sales of ecg machine,defibrillator,bed side monitors, infusion and syringe pumps,anesthesia ventilator etc..

Bpl is a good and responsible company but we are not satisfied with the salary and other packages in accordance with our hard work.

Work life balance is ok. weekly five days job. Colleuges are friendly. Timely salary

Appraisal is very baised. Increment is low. No proper Job description given. Many got shocked after landing in a totally different role than promised. Company don't have budget for anything. Employees are resigning every month.

BPL was my first company, and your first company is always a special one. I really thank BPL Medical Technologies for giving me challenging tasks and letting me grow and learn on my own terms. Yes, as an Application Specialist for Ultrasound, my work life balance was not that great because, there was always a lag in planning the visits which can definitely be improved. According to me the application team of BPL has really good members but it's still in building stage. HR and Service team in BPL is actually it's strength they will help you any how. I used go to small places in C.G. and even then I used to get all the help from these two teams. If I hadn't have to pursue my masters, I would have continued my career with BPL for more years....Read More

Dislikes

As I have already mentioned the strategic planning can be improved and as well as training sessions too. I could have used more of those. In perticularly my case the dealer wasn't much of a help but I assume it would be different for others.

In BPL the work life balance is good and the travel policy are excellent but when coming to the appraisal part they wont give a very good hikes if you are a performer or not.
