Here lots of product ranges in medical Equipment

They are continously changing the rols and responsiblity. Not trained for an product specialist, Career growth is very slow. Manager has not be motivated and supporting. Continously travel on my current role Manager are not understand the pain of human.

I was working almost one year but not satisfied with my job. Here lots of reports System but nothing as implemented. There are not aware of people management. Not arrange for any product training
