I like due to Director & Md. They are amazing to running a plant. Company policies are good for all employees.

I dislike due to HR activities. HR is the head for all employees. They are not able to manage the system, If now company changes his HR team from top to ground level then company will be developed.The company down his report from last 1 year due to changes in HR team and other managing staffs.

No comparison with any other distillery in India whether it is National or MNC for implementing all the policies and system in its record 03 years span only . Perfect taking care of all the employees providing all the essential facilities at all levels. Best salary and its mode of payment on last working day of each month. ISO AND SMETA CERTIFIED COMPANY IN THREE YEARS ONLY.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
