Very discouraging work culture. Team lead and managers are decorated people here. They are unfit to lead / guide. Policies are not helpful. Only micromanagent by team lead and manager. No growth. Favourism is at large. No use complaining to HR as HR is a puppet here. No work life balance.

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.
