- Company has good canteen. Break fast, lunch, snacks, dinner are free at throw away cost of 35 rupees for month - Sports complex in Adugodi has squash, tennis, shuttle badminton, ball badminton, volley ball, basket ball, Gym, Table tennis etc. each office as sports rooms with tt, chess, carroms. - Work from home and lot of new offices in Bangalore offers greater flexibility. - NPS Outside CTC is contributed by employer. - Variable pay always in excess of 100% - Company offers 10000 rupees per year per person to upskill in area of interest....Read More

Dislikes

- Gaps in approaching global projects with mgmt and technical staff. - Long term Onsites are a thing of past. - Salary payment and hikes is way below market rate. - No team outings. You see people come and go like robos. No fun place.

Work Details

I have enjoyed and learned till I reached architect level later dragged into unwanted activities and no chance to build on architect designation. Thanks to Bosch for Table tennis and on-site opportunities. I never felt how time passed by.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
