Work life balance at BOSCH is a myth.You get served what you worked for. So nobody forces you to work more but they don't stop those who did. The recent leadership roles has made company in doubt and hence BOSCH also entered the marketing domain.

Product quality, product durability, product service are amazing. Employees are provided training from time to time. Incentive criteria is also good, due to which employees enjoy working a lot.

Nothing.It was wrong decision to join this company and thought would retire but people and culture did not let me survive.I have taken medical help for stress and health after leaving.

Culture and people who have been born n brought up will make it difficult for new people to survive. Micro management, No work life balance, demean you every time etc

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.
