I like the cultur of bosch,the social activity etc. There is no any comparison with employees the all are equal level and confident about their responsible work.Bosch organisation is Family for me, I improve so many thins in my life with the help of bosch.

Nothing crucial so say badly bosch is my family so there is no any negative thoughts about bosch.

Good experience of working in Bosch under mix culture of Indo-German. One can get the authority and full responsibility of work. Product and technology is excellent.

Compensation at entry level is not so good compared to same level other MNC.

Growth depending on managerial purseption and not on system driven assessment culture. biased system. Except in production and planning area, all supporting functions are observed with very rare growth. One can use as stepping stone.
