I'm working as a maintenance, means there is so many machines if it's break down, then we have to solve the problem by analyzing the issue and take action as soon as possible. But these works we have to show our Sinior other wise it waste I mean we have have to do bucket work. But me I'm not doing bucket work, I complete my work what ever is there and I wouldn't like to show them.

Dislikes

They give opportunity who doing bucket work. They not understand human feelings. They need only profit.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

I work as a break down maintenance actually I'm apprentice. I have completed 6 month. Break down maintenance means if any machine got issue during production we should solve it it and release the machine as soon as possible.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
