Bosch is a very good place to work. It provides ample work freedom and opportunity to work and learn. It encourages with new and challenging projects for hard working ppl. It gives a long rope for ppl to correct and they do not decide in a jiffy. It encourages anybody to be a good team player and can also build good teams and it's policies are very encouraging. After all Bosch is also an organization run by ppl and at times you come across ppl with funny and discouraging attitudes. 10% would be my experience with such ppl.
